Off the top of my head, You Bet Your Life and Shop 'Til You Drop also had slot machines.

Shop Til You Drop slot machine, though I see I was beaten to the punch while I looked up a video.

You're making me miss Vegas and AC.

The Feud slot was the best, BTW...thinking of the one with Richard's voice and the actual survey question elements.
I'm a pacifist, and even I would like to see a little more action.

Top Dollar, though I don't think it's based on the TV show.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

Oh man, I totally forgot how almost every video slot at one point was animated. Nice find!

No, but they recently released a video version that’s hosted by a stereotypical game show host.

Since you're counting The Voice, then you can add American Idol to the list.

Also, it looks like there are a couple of Who Wants to Be a Millionaire online slots for real money gambling in the UK. I'm not aware of the theme being in a real physical casino though.

I bought a slot machine a few years ago and I have about 12 or so games (SD card) that I mix up from time to time.

Shop til you drop is one of the worst, by far.
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS
