Just seeing this…embarrassed.
I had forgotten about Celebrity Secrets. Honestly. Needless to say it was a reboot of ASS which I personally felt had been given a quick yank by NBC. We had planned to anchor each hour with a revival and have a newer show on the half hour. Many of the folks selling secrets had sold Liars Club and Press Your luck for Golden West. We had high hopes for it. But the market was ultra competitive and in hindsight they were right to not go forward with little else in their portfolio to offset a loss.
It seemed like a good idea. But then again so did you’re in the picture.
