The Roku channel just announced they have dropped more episodes of Jeopardy into the J! Channel.

Of note, select episodes of Season 36, 2019's ToC and James Holzhauer's run were specifically mentioned.

Pluto and Roku Channel both have added both seasons of the half hour syndicated Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader on demand

The Pluto On Demand section for Wheel of Fortune has added more episodes, most of which are holiday/winter-themed. The episode numbers for the classic episodes (1984 through 2000) in the batch are 271, 273-275, 463, 661, 662, 1251-1255, 1446-1450, 1641-1645, 2416-2420, and 3371-3375.

For what it's worth, these were in the on demand feed in November/December, usually in early mornings.

Honestly kind of surprised to see them wait til now to add them to On Demand.

Any reason why we haven't seen any Season 5 all-cash episodes (and any Season 6 episodes) on the On Demand section? I'm thinking Sony can't clear "I'm a Wheel Watcher" (when Pat would introduce Vanna) for streaming yet...

It's intriguing that these vintage on-demand Wheel of Fortunes are doing well enough that they're going to the expense of adding more, because I would assume that the number of interested viewers has to be pretty low. But then, what constitutes "low" for Pluto?

When the first batch of vintage Wheels dropped, it got me to thinking... we know that Fremantle has had success with streaming '80s episodes of The Price Is Right hosted by Bob Barker. If the vintage Wheel of Fortune episodes wound up being successful-by-Pluto-standards, would that indicate there's enough of an audience to try putting the syndicated TPIRs on demand? Not Barker -- it's still too early to broach the idea of showing a pre-activist Bob offering furs. But why not Dennis James and Tom Kennedy?

It's a question that I don't know the answer to: Is there general-public appeal in the Barker Channel and these on-demand Wheel of Fortune episodes from seeing the familiar hosts from decades past? Or would the incredibly narrow audience of "people who want to see the Dennis James episodes" still be enough by Pluto viewership standards to justify converting the tapes?

I think nostalgia plays a role. I’ve mentioned before that I belong to a couple Xennial groups on Facebook and Reddit. I’ve seen several people mention the Barker and Wheel channel, as well as people who love watching Classic Concentration or $ale on Buzzr. I guess it’s the warm fuzzies that takes you back to summer of ‘86 watching with grandma.

This is also on Xumo Game Shows. Interesting idea and Rob Beckett is a good host, but it’s more than a little bit repetitive.

Cool.  That was always a "guilty pleasure" for me.  Panel shows had long since fallen out of favor, and this was an odd throwback to a simpler era.

The one episode I remember from this show was when Steve Allen was on the panel and Jayne Meadows was the mystery guest. He was absolutely stumped and had no clue it was her. Chuck Woolery was on the panel as well.

Not a bad show for the latter half of the 80s.  I don't recall seeing this anywhere in my area back then.  Sounds like they weren't getting much market clearance for this one.

Here in NYC, Relatively Speaking was regulated to 2:30 am, the same time slot given to Kennedy's TPIR a few years earlier.

Per the TPiRBarker twitter account:

"Celebrate #NationalGameShowDay with fresh episodes on The Price Is Right: The Barker Era! 🎉

48 new episodes from Season 14 will come to the channel starting May 28. Catch two hours daily from 2pm-4pm ET."

So we're getting to the last of Johnny Olson's episodes, and closer to the Rod Roddy episodes (but not quite yet?)....
