Only one screwy show, since there were no problems with Thursday or Friday.

Ah, didn't know they had gotten the matter fixed mid-week. Even better.

So asking for a little more redundant assistance, to make sure I understand what happened here.

If we assigned episode numbers to the last eight shows aired (so Monday-Friday last week, the two Sunday repeats, and today's), would we get the following:

92, 88, 89, 90, 91, 88, 89, 93?

(And as such, 92 would be the only "broken" one when all was said and done because 88 and 89 were repeated "properly"?)

Correct. Charge!

Between episodes 92 and 93, the Gauntlet of Villains was fine-tuned. Their numbers now appear as speech bubbles, as opposed to being on the arm.

Anyone know who did the Whew! pilot music? It reminded me of the Maynard Ferguson piece used for one of the Wheel pilots.

Also, years ago Randy posted a contestant memory on his site, from a woman who won the Gauntlet. I believe her name was Deb Howard; she mentioned that during the credits she and Tom waved their shoes at the camera to say "Hi" to her grandmother. Has Buzzr aired her episode? Randy mentions she appeared around the same time he did.

Thanks much. :) I can keep my numbering straight while I'm trimming ads and re-encoding this stuff. :)

Richard Davies. Though I was inclined to agree with you given the sound, and the fact that a Maynard Ferguson piece for the WoF pilot became a series theme composed by Alan Thicke. :)

The theme was a piece of stock library music from KPM by Richard Davies called "L.A. Express." Another piece by Davies called "The Big Event" was also used as cue music.

Thanks Jason and Greg. Alan Thicke basing the Wheel theme on Maynard Ferguson definitely occurred to me...

Not yet, but you can find that episode here (if you have a browser that plays well with Flash - no full credits on this copy).

Growl. It didn't record the Sunday repeats; probably because it had already recorded the Monday/Tuesday ones and thought it was doing me a favor. Ah well.

Is there a browser that can play this Flash video? I tired installing the Ruffle extension, but it doesn't seem to work for Flash-based video players.
