If you're looking for a quiz bowl fix, check out Buzzword! NAQT, the company that runs some of the most prominent quiz bowl tournaments out there, has put together an online game that works similarly to standard quiz bowl- tossup questions are narrated, and you can buzz and interrupt the narration whenever you like. You score points for every right answer, scoring more points the earlier you answer correctly.
There are some sample packs on the page to try out, and there are paid leagues you can join if you're feeling competitive.
