They’re still working out the details as to who will be invited- he did say the person in the ongoing College Championship who wins their semifinal game but doesn’t make the finals will be invited for sure-but this will air just before the next ToC and there will be at least one spot in the ToC up for grabs…

So somebody who won an SF game with a significant prize gets a play-in bid. Was it clear whether the eventual champion gets a spot in the big dance?

It’s a nice idea I guess but another thing I don’t know if the world was clamoring for runners-up revenge week when they could get twenty more people on the show in that time frame.
