To echo Matt S., this would be quite awesome. I was too young for "Tomorrow", and didn't really watch his CNBC show, but the Late Late Show hit me at the right time.

I would, too. I wish CBS had tried a show like Tom’s (or Charlie Rose’s or Mike Wallace’s smoke-filled show in the 60s) that mixed celebrities and serious guests, maybe under the news division.

Same. It was such a casual show that it felt like you were simply a fly on the wall. Without the audience, it had an early-podcast feel.

IIRC "Later with Bob Costas" had a similar format, but I was too young for that one too.
