I agree. On the set, too. I’m surprised they didn’t go with the basic cable set. That looked nice and allowed the stars to interact more—for better or worse, I suppose.

It might, given that Tiffany Haddish has transplanted herself from Hip Hop Squares to Hollywood Squares - and the sneak preview contained a clip of her flirting with a contestant.

I don't think see any correlation. From what I've seen in teasers the silliness might be closer to Davidson's version minus some of the stunts, but I'm okay with that. Marshall's version is the OG for a reason but it could also be drier than the Sahara in the middle of June, and honestly I don't think it's much difference between Tiffany flirting and Rose Marie doing her borderline horny spinster shtick.

I am curious about how the "X"s and "O"s appear in the squares.  Looks pretty cool! 

I'm also curious about what I assume is a bonus round--You'll notice in one of the pics, [Sorry to edit your post. Yes, that is a picture of the bonus round, and yes, it does spoil whether there was a bonus round win in the episode with those particular celebrities. I'm also curious about what I assume is a bonus round--You'll notice in one of the pics, some of the squares, including Drew Carey's top left square is golden in color, and it looks like he's holding a card saying "$25,000!"
