And in around 1985 while I was in Mississippi, WYES (the New Orleans PBS station) showed SCTV reruns. By the way, WYES is seen on cable in the Mississippi coast along with all the other New Orelans/Mobile, Ala./Biloxi stations; they also produced "Varsity Star Quiz Bowl" which ran till the early or mid-'90s.
Another local game show I remember being done by a PBS station was "Ask An Alaskan" by KYUK (Bethel) in the mid-'80s.
