"Lucky 13" unlucky in debt?

ABC's summer game show "Lucky 13" actually did OK in the ratings, but its unusual financing model (Producer pre-funded the show in exchange for a share of the advertising and product placement sales, which didn't come close to its targets) led the Alphabet not to renew the show for next season (though, given ABC's current game/reality model, the show technically could come back down the line, but the chances of that happening are between slim and none, and slim left town).

Now, Deadline is reporting that co-hosts Shaquille O'Neal and Gina Rodriguez, as well as various contractors, haven't been fully paid for their work on the show, the production company is being pursued by creditors in the UK, and there is concern that contestants will not be paid their winnings. Deadline reports contestants were supposed to be paid 120 days after their episodes aired, and the first episode ran on July 18.
