Hollywood Squares with Drew Barrymore coming in 2025

Looks like they scrapped the "Wednesdays at 10pm after the premiere episode" plan and are going to keep it on Thursdays at 8pm, which is probably a better plan for a game show.

After the 10pm slot on Sunday (after football), it is back on Thursday at 8pm.
Haven't looked beyond that.

It moves to Weds. after that.

Darn. My guide didn't go that far.
I feel like 10pm is a death slot IMHO.
They did the same thing on ABC to Pyramid once and then moved it back to an 8pm or 9pm slot.

Raid the Cage is more of the 10pm show to me.

I forgot that Thursday at 8pm is the Georgie & Mandy/Ghosts slot and they do come back new that following week.

Hopefully it does well at 10pm. Maybe DVR ratings will help too.

CBS now apparently agrees. Hollywood Squares will air at 8 PM on Wednesdays beginning next week, per Deadline. Price follows at 9, Cage at 10.

Squares will also get a CBS daytime run from Jan. 27-31, filling the slot that will soon go to the soap "Beyond the Gates."

Just for reference, but not necessarily with context: In the year 2025, Hollywood Squares is replacing The Price Is Right on CBS daytime.

By my math, this is the first time HS, TPiR, and LMaD have aired in daytime since 1976. Furthermore it’s the first time more than two current games have aired in daytime since 1993.
