Besides H2, ''The Wizard of Odds, and ''All-Star Blitz, were there any other game shows that used vocal themes?

Quite a few, but most famous is the 1968 theme from "To Tell the Truth", used up into the late 70s.

The 1974-75 syndicated nighttime "Name That Tune" had a vocal theme right at the end of some episodes.  The lyrics went something like this:

Everyone wants to play it, Name That Tune
Everyone, (can't remember), Name That Tune
(two more lines I can't remember)
With your ho-o-ost Tom Kennedy

Unfortunatly the 10 minutes of a 1974 episode that exists in the trade curcuit doesn't have the vocals.

 Whichever version of NTT that Kathie Lee (Johnson) Gifford was the singer on (I think that was after 74-75, it was the theme that the Lange NTT was loosely based on) also has lyrics, 'cuz I can vaguely remember Kathie Lee singing them during the close on some shows.

 You're right---there were $100k episodes before the disco version that had a lyricized end theme. It had one line that went "You could win a hundred graa-annd" in it.
