I just seen an episode on MTV called Marital Blitz, which I think is a Newlywed Game ripoff. But my question is: Will this be a series?

I saw that show the other night.....it's like "Tattletales" in the fact that the celeb couples play for prizes for their rooting section of the audience, but the game format is virtually identical to "The Newlywed Game"
