NBC won the 10 p.m. hour with another "Law & Order," 8.6/14. The Academy of Country Music Awards closed out with a 7.8/13, while ABC's "Super Millionaire" averaged 6.8/11.

AGainst Law & Order: Original Recipe and an awards show (albeit one for Country Music), a 6.8 can't be considered THAT bad.  Besides, it probably would've beaten the pants off of anything ELSE ABC had thrown in there
