Can you "Phone-A-Friend" too much?

Ananova reports that a person who has constantly been a PAF on the Croatian version of WWTBAM (he can't get on the show himself because he has arthritis and can't get past FF), and who has helped win a ton of money for contestants, has effectively been barred from being a PAF because the producers have put a new rule into place limiting a individual from being a PAF more than 3 times a year because he's too good basically.

It's still more lenient than the U.S. rules.  Here, a person can be on the PAF list of the contestants as often as desired, but can be used by contestants only twice per season.
