Interesting stumping point for Kerry:

"Are you concerned about being injured while appearing on a game show?  Under my new plan, anyone who takes a shot to the head by the Big Wheel would pay no more than a one dollar deductible (in one spin or a combination of two spins)..."
Without getting too political...

Isn't Flip Flop more appropriate for Kerry? :-)
How about "Bonkers"?

Next thing you know, Shrub will classify the Aussie big wheel as a weapon of mass destruction.

Meanwhile, Bush would need another show entirely -- The Liars' Club.

No I think that would be Bill Clinton's department.
That's really bizarre.  How do you explain something like that to your co-workers and friends?
Well, to paraphrase one of Bob's favorite phrases:

"It came on down and the blood came on out!"

Has the Aussie Wheel of Fortune had a similar situation?

I don't like bumping old threads...but since this one's already been bumped:

Well, at least Clinton's lies didn't threaten national security or get our army stuck in a quagmire.

You mean the same Bill Clinton who was too busy getting it on with a White House intern to do anything about Osama bin Laden when he had multiple chances to do so, and the same Bill Clinton who sold secrets to the Chinese government in exchange for campaign contributions?

I've tried to stay out of the politics, but this is too glaringly wrong to let pass.  The 9-11 commission found that EVERY administration, Republican and Democrat alike, dropped the ball with regard to our national security.  The same commission, which was hardly a bastion of right-wing conservatism, found zero evidence that Bush lied -- and with Jamie "let's make it harder for the FBI and the CIA to talk" Gorelick having a personal interest in trying to blame Bush for everything, you can bet your rear end that they tried.

Yes, I'm a Bush supporter --  but I'm also sick of the extremism on both sides.  Whether you're Republican, Democrat, Green, Libertarian, or Librarian... enough already.

Clinton dropped the ball on terrorism but you can't blame it on his affair with Lewinsky. History will show that other presidents had affairs in the White House.

True enough with regard to affairs!  My point was merely that neither Bush nor Kerry is out to destroy the economy, national security, or the remaining episodes of the original Hollywood Squares.  (Though if Kerry would destroy the entire run of Press Your Luck, I'd vote for him in a heartbeat. :-)  They're both decent human beings who happen to have different views of how the world works, and no matter who's elected, the country isn't going to go into the toilet.

And the more important point I was making is that if you want political hyperbole, there are places for it such as FreeRepublic.com, DemocraticUnderground.com and their ilk.  This isn't it -- unless Matt or Chris decides to run for office, in which case, I say fire away. :-D
