I don't want to make an issue out of the "whining" but I need to address it.  Because I try to pay such close attention to detail, it's easy to pick out something that's inconsistant, no matter how small it may be.  Believe me, I'm a game show fan as well and I really do want to know if there's something I can do to make my software better.
I think this looks like the Davidson-era set with the Clark-era trilons on the big Pyramid.  I always thought the Davidson set had a much more "finished" look and was in better overall proportion.

Great work...I am really looking forward to this!  I can't wait to see how the set looks animated with lights, etc.  I'm going to place a bet now that it'll beat Sierra's game.

No pressure Todd!! :-)

Can I ask...are you planning to do both the front game and WC?

Oh yeah, we're going to be able to run a complete game when I'm done.

Taking NOTHING away from Todd's m4d sk|llz, but that's not exactly a hard bet to cover. ;)

No contest. If this $100K Pyramid game is as good as the Family Feud game, it'll be good enough for television use, IMO.

That would be pretty cool. In the end credits of a future $100K Pyramid revival, we see "Graphics Designer: Todd Robinson". :-)

This isn't totally accurate! There's no chairs in the winner's circle! What do they do, stand???

;)

I'm joking, of course. To say my mouth dropped to the ground when I saw the screenshot would be an understatement. You did an EXCELLENT job with this. I can't wait to download it and see it in action.

My only suggestions with this would be an option for some type of retro-pyramid with the solari boards as the timer and score instead of LED...

In any case, though, looks TERRIFIC!!!!!!!!
So far, Todd has only created the wide-angle shot, but so far, it looks incredible!

The Pyramid set looks incredible, but I can't get over the Feud shots. They look like you took them straight off the TV. Really nice work!

It reminds me of a poster who put some of his game show set recreations on a Yahoo page. I don't remember who it was, but the accuracy made my jaw drop (in both cases).
"They're both Norman Jewison movies, Troy, but we did think of one Jew more famous than Tevye."

Now celebrating his 22nd season on GSF!

Not sure if you were talking about me or someone else.  If they were mine, thanks for remembering.  I wasted lots of hours on them.

If not, well, I hope you enjoy them anyway!  :-)

Kudos to you too! Your drawings are very nice and realistic. I also like some of the prototypes too...

Brandon, if you've never played with his Feud software, you really should. It is the Gold Standard for what a PC Feud game engine should look like. I'll fire mine up sometimes just to enjoy the animations and the cues.

 Wow.

Some of those pictures are just amazing. The one with the WoF wheel blew me away.

P.S. Happy birthday Casey!
