Can anybody tell me what's inside the box? Is it worth buying and playing?

All I can tell you is whoever wrote the rules for them is some kind of game show guru.

Honestly, at the risk of offending my friends at Endless, there's nothing about What's My Line? that requires a reasonably creative person to buy a box to play.  Get it to complete a collection or something (I'm a little surprised you don't already have one, Alfonzo) but not because it would be an interesting game to play.

This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.
Stay tuned for all the obsessive-compulsive fun of Words Have Meanings.

You caught me Matt! I am adding games from my collection to www.boardgamegeek.com and I wanted to add all versions of "What's My Line?" to the catalog without breaking the shrinkwrap of my mint copy. I was hoping to pry that information from the subscribers to this forum.
