Maybe they mean Reality Central, perhaps?

Don's correct--there is a Reality TV on Dish.
And Reality Central has the same problem that all cable channels have that don't have a connection to one of the big boys--it's hard to get carriage without either ownership by one of the big MSOs or one of the corporate giants. That's exactly why Sony let Liberty buy into GSN--to increase carriage.
With the power of having established cable networks, a sizeable-enough library of compatible programs and suppliers that almost deal exclusively with them (like Rocket Science Laboratories) *and* almost-guaranteed placement on the nation's largest DSS system, Fox Reality could easily chew up and spit out Reality Central--and provide tough competition for GSN, although GSN has the advantage of being out there first.
But we'll have to see if Fox Reality actually does make it on the air--I'm not sure that DirecTV by itself is enough to launch a new channel and Ailes wants his FNC flanker channels to be considered, as well.
