Since several of you posted in one thread or another that you were confused about the registration deadlines for the Game Show Congress, here's the latest information (literally less than an hour old as I'm typing):

GAME SHOW CONGRESS REGISTRATION DEADLINES EXTENDED:
The 3rd Annual Game Show Congress has the following extension of deadlines:
MAIL-IN REGISTRATION needs to be postmarked by August 1st 2004. After that
time, registrations for the full seminar and luncheon ($64) can be made by
online ONLY by PAYPAL at
https://www.paypal.com/affil/pal=gameshow@comcast.net until August 11th.
After that date the seminar only registration ($30) can occur only on-site.
When using PAYPAL, just provide the information from the registration form
at
http://www.gameshowcongress.com/gsc3reg1.html in the "Notes to Seller"
accompanying your payment. If you have any questions about registration,
please call 303 520 0200.
HOTEL ROOM DISCOUNTS are available under code GWS until August 1st 2004.
For each night stayed at the Hilton at the special rate of $99 (down from
the normal $169) registrants for the Game Show Congress get a $10 discount
per night stayed (maximum $30 discount) off registration fees. Call

Try out for Jeopardy! DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION FOR TRYOUTS - AUGUST 6th
2004
Forty-eight lucky attendees at GSC will get a chance to try out for
Jeopardy, which will run two special auditions, reserved exclusively for GSC
attendees - be sure to register for the conference on or before August 6th!
Pitch your game show idea: DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS - JULY 29th 2004
Ever had a great idea for a game show? This is your chance to pitch it to
industry experts, the kind of people who can green-light programs. They will
tell you whether you have the next Wheel of Fortune on your hands. And if
not, they can tell you what you're doing wrong.
