I've had delayed reactions, and then there's today. This morning my mind was wandering and I got to thinking, why are trap doors only funny when accompanied by the sound of a toilet flushing? And then it hits me: a promo idea that GSN passed up when Russian Roulette was preparing for its second season. Somehow I can't imagine that sfx fitting in, though.
