When is it coming BTW? We've been hearing about it for so long, yet it has yet to come. What's the deal?
It's in the current pre-release version of the board software.  Since it hasn't been fully tested, I fear that if we were to upgrade right now, the complaints about certain posters would be replaced by complaints regarding bugs.

I'm not an idiot, please! I'm just a new kid to the board and I don't want to be treated with rudeness!

If you aren't an idiot, stop acting like one. Slow down with the international game show posts.

Adam, you're the last person on this board who should be calling out another poster for being annoying.

Well at least I don't revive so many old threads. I only did that once.

(Hey!  It's a post that is actually on topic!)

Just heard the Family Feud theme, awesome!

Now riddle me this, was this theme also the closing theme to Second Chance here in the states, or at least a prize cue?  The FF theme & SC themes are literally fraternal twins of each other!

Love them Score Production themes!!!

I think so, but I'm not sure.

BTW, did Edd Kalehoff (and Score Productions) compose the theme song to the Ian Turpie/John Deeks-era Aussie TPiR? It sounds very much like our version.

It would not surprise me. When I received it back in the day on the infamous Robair Tapes (THERE'S a reference for the ATGS oldsters, before the days of RealAudio, Netshow, and MP3), it was described as "the TPiR theme, if the sheet music were turned upside down."

I've thought of the differences between the $10/$20/$25K/$50K and (New) $25K/$100K Pyramid the same way - to me, they also sound opposite of each other.

Almost, I agree. I wonder if that means we could call the (New) $25K theme "Tuning Down"... :)

Thanks for the link!

The PYL pic is interesting...I see that this ran from 87-88...the set looks identical to the US version...wonder if it was reused?  Does anyone have any other photos or video of the Aussie PYL?
