GSN has made it official with a press release about the WBSM acquisition. The release only mentions the 6:00 hour, so maybe the 11:00 slot is still undecided. Adlink now lists three WBSM double runs at 11:00, but that's a change from the four previously listed. Maybe the network is worried about overexposing the show. We'll see soon enough.

The release also mentions an interactive feature, which is no real surprise.

However, it's obvious the press release writer hasn't seen the show--if Ben wins in the Best of 10, the contestant still gets Ben's money that s/he took from him in the front game--and if s/he ties Ben, s/he gets an extra $1,000 for proving that s/he is Ben's intellectual equal.

Gee, maybe the PR department at GSN could *watch their own shows?*
