As is usual in the courts, but moreso in the state of California, it's currently crawling its way through the legal system at a snail's pace.

I suspect it'll be quietly settled regardless of the veracity of the claim because the allegations are so potentially damaging. It's not like the Parkinson case.

Nothing that has hit the wires. The Hallstrom suit was supposed to be in court by now, but it obviously hasn't gotten there yet. The Jordan lawsuit is still pending AFAIK, but I'm only saying that because I haven't seen anything that suggests otherwise.

I read somewhere that the SH(sexual harassment) part of the suit was that Rossi groped Ms. Jordan inappropiately. It would be a deviation of protocol, it is usually "you know who" who can't keep his hands off the ladies.

Is it a secret that Bob and the ladies get along well? Consensual of course, but I don't think pwp was accusing Bob of harassment.

Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

This is the first time I've seen the actual complaint.  Holy moley.

Bless Marty Wagner for standing up for Holly.  IIRC, he's still doing "TPIR" today, isn't he?

Am I overstating things to say that Goodson wouldn't have put up with this sort of (alleged) activity?

And on some recent compressed Price credit rolls on this current season, I remember seeing Sylvia Clements-Henry is being credited as "DIRECTOR OF VIEWER COMMUNICATIONS".  (Feel free to check your videotapes and confirm the finding, readers.)

Is that a "dummy" credit or the "promoted" role as referred in the linked court document?

Call me a conspirist, but I find it interesting that Goodson passed in....December 1992(?) [No, Horan, I don't want a correction] and that all the crap started shortly thereafter.

Some of Dian's actions pre-dated Goodson's death(one of her Playboy spreads did, anyway, and her and Barker's actions, whatever they were), as did Marc Breslow's leaving the show and Frank Wayne's death(which led to Barker getting the EP title)

That wasn't the only one.  Phillip Rossi Wayne "Rossi" should have been Phillip Wayne Rossi.  You'd think with all the money lawyers make, they'd spring some for a proofreader.
