Name That GS Personality #2!

Before I give you the next set of brain teasers, here are the answers to the last set:

1.) Jim Peck (The Big Showdown was his first game show; he was 'reporter' on Divorce Court from 1984-89)

2.) Bennett Cerf (Random House publisher; his wife Phyllis' cousin was Ginger Rogers)

3.) Fannie Flagg (One of her books, Fried Green Tomatoes, became a movie starring Kathy Bates)

4.) Charlie Tuna (Scrabble announcer was a 'Boss Jock' at Los Angeles station KHJ, among others)

5.) Jimmie Walker (Co-starred on Good Times)

6.) Arlene & Ardelle Terry ('Elbow Grabbers' on the original Twenty-One, which was the focus of the 1994 movie, Quiz Show)

7.) Art James (Made his game show debut as Concentration announcer; hosted The Magnificent Marble Machine in 1975-76)

8.) Elaine Stewart (Appeared in several MGM movies; co-hostess on Gambit, which was created by her husband Merrill Heatter)

9.) Mark DeCarlo (Before he hosted STUDS and Big Deal, he was a winning contestant on Sale of the Century in 1986.)

10.) Mitzi McCall & Charlie Brill (Frequent guests on Tattletales; "I smell victory" was their tag line.)

If some of those were tricky, try this batch for size:

1.) I have hosted both game and talk shows.
I won two Daytime Emmy awards in 2001.
My current co-host is also a soap actress.
Don't know who I am? Maybe you need a 'lifeline.'

2.) I have been both a game show host, and an announcer.
I passed away in 1979.
My most successful hosting gig was from 1969-73.
I was the first to announce the 'winner's circle.'

3.) I am a panelist.
I am also a veteran radio & TV actress.
My most famous character came from the comic books.
You may get a lump of 'kryptonite' for Christmas if you don't know my 'famous name.'

4.) I did my first game show in 1965.
My wife is a former 'Miss America.'
I made my TV debut as sidekick to a country-western legend.
One of my shows is what you'd find on a target.

5.) I was a semi-regular on a popular celeb game show.
I was in the cast of a classic sitcom.
My character on that sitcom sounds like what is used to track down unidentified objects, flying or otherwise.

Good luck!

Cordially,
Tammy Warner--the 'Laurie Locks of the Big Board!'

#3 is the apple of Robert Q's eye, Ms. Joan Alexander.  Isn't it a coincidence that O'Reilly filled in for Reilly?
