Happy Birthday To...You, Too? Too Cool!

Well, thanks to the sites you've all mentioned, I found a few more game show people I share a birthday with: Joanne Dru (Peter Marshall's sister), Carol Channing, and Garry Moore.

And of course, a bunch of people I never heard of at the obscure celebrity clearinghouse that is the Birthday Cafe.

Let that be a lesson to George Steinbrenner: $185 million doesn't buy what it used to.

Nah, the real lesson to Steinbrenner is that filling your roster with six ex-Cubs will bring you certain defeat in October.

While it's not the "be all, end all" formula, this is a fun little read.

Best I can come up with for January 30 is Dick Martin, host of "Mindreaders" and panelist on several others.

I usually wear the same clothes for a week straight to celebrate.

My birthday is Nov. 1 (I turn 30 this year).  Bill Anderson's and Marsha Wallace's birthdays are also Nov. 1.

Happy birthday in advance.....I just joined the 30 club 11 days ago.

Congrats on turning 30, guys...I'm not far behind you (end of January).

Dixon Hayes's list on classicsquares.com says Ben Vereen was on Squares with Peter Marshall and Tom Bergeron.

June 19....one major celeb I can mention is Moe Howard [wasn't he on WML? as a Mystery Guest at all?]
There are three things I've learned never to discuss with people: Religion, politics, and the proper wrapping of microphone cables.

He also won on Family Double Dare.

Ditto WBSM...Ben defeated him in the Best of 10, however...and in an eerie coincidence for all you Weird Al fans, his score in said round was a 4.

As for shared B-Days, mine (May 28) is on the same day as one-time GSN original host Becca Grant.

Ben hosted "You Write the Songs" in 86, which could fit in a liberal definition of game shows.  The EOTVGS lists it.
Let's Make a Deal was the first show to air on Buzzr. 6/1/15 8PM.

The best I could do for November 3 was Roseanne Barr, who made a lot of appearances on Davidson HS. Anybody know if Ken Berry,Charles Bronson or Dennis Miller were on GSs?

Ken Berry was, for sure. I have visual confirmation in a clip of the open of Just Men, and I'm sure he has other credits, which some people who need to get out more will be telling you about right now...
