Jeopardy! Remote is on sale at KayBee Toys. The retail price is $23.95 and it is on sale for $7.95. The selling point of this version of the game is each player gets a cordless buzzer with which to signal. Kids can play because there is a multiple choice response mode.

Downside: The units needs lots of batteries. 3 "AA" and 6 "AAA"! Final Jeopardy bets are in increments of $100 and the response is multiple choice.

And since Kay Bee is about to go under in many of their markets, if you wait a while, you might even see it for much cheaper in the weeks to come.

From an economic and personal standpoint; I really think their business began to suffer when they pulled the "hobby" part out of their stores, and focused solely on toys.  In some areas, this left only Wal-Mart/and or K-Mart and Target as the sole seller of items such as trading cards.

With the sports memorbilia category currently growing; it seemed foolhardy to pull out of this segment.

Oh, and their "Toy Liquidators" chain...that's something else.
