Bumper Stumpers "Stop" sign bonus rounds
« on: November 21, 2004, 09:06:15 PM »
In Bumper Stumpers, did the money picked while trying to avoid the Stop signs were added to the license plate solving part? In case you do NOT understand, let me give a couple of examples:

Bonus round used on premire: If you solved 6 plates and got $400 before getting a Stop sign, does that mean you win $400, $600, or $1,000?

The WIN card Bonus Round: you solve 6 plates and stop after getting $900, does that mean you win $900, or $1,500?

I shall direct you to our own Tammy Warner's site....

Two questions related to BS, how did Mo and Jeff become the all-time winners with $16,000 and how did the Tournament of Champions work?

Mo and Jeff were the last champions under the original maingame format(bonus round after each maingame, $500 or more found in bonus round doubles the money format), and the first champions under the two out of three match format/$2000 bonus round format with WIN card. The original format allowed for $25K+ to be won. In that format, it was $500 per game. If the Super Stumper was not solved, the new stumper would be played for $1K instead of $500(this happened once in the original format). The max win $2K per bonus round($2K was won if a team solved all seven stumpers in 30 seconds), 10 bonus rounds/five matches maximum. A team stayed on in the original format until they lost two games. After the two out of three match, with bonus round after a match win format took effect, $15K was the max could be won.
