Not at all. Would he get the price he clearly seeks for it? Almost definitely not.

I had the high bid of $61 for it until this afternoon when someone came along and bid $63.66--at which time sanity took over and I withdrew from the race.

ADDED LATER: It went for $152.50--that's craziness. Hope the winner can afford it and still pay rent afterwards.
