Looking for High-Quality Logos
« on: November 19, 2004, 08:21:16 PM »
I know that a while back there was a link to a bunch of large, high-quality logos that Game Show Network had on their website....Since they got rid of GameShowNetwork.com, that site is gone...Has anyone archived the logos? Since I need large logos from "Press Your Luck" as well as "Family Feud". Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Since I'm on the GSN press team, I get all kinds of classic's logos in perfect quality.  Email me and I can see what I can try to get for you.

Honest question here...how does one get on the press team?

I've got another honest question. What the hell is the GSN press team?

Geeez, maybe I should get GSN back. I'm obviously missing something.

I think I said the wrong thing for press team.  I was pressed for time and that was the first thing that came out.  Because I work for Game Show NewsNet, I signed up with GSN for their Press and Publicity department.  I get all kinds of logos, press releases, direct contacts to the network, press binders, show photos, and all kinds of news.

Sorry for digging up a week old thread, but I didn't realize I had this until yesterday.

It's a cleaned up Family Feud logo. It's off of a cabinet in Studio 33, so it's not perfect.

56k'ers beware.

Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

OK, so what is "Game Show NewsNet"?  I hope it's a step up from the folks that claim to be "correspondents" for Perfesser Stosh's Wacky Web Page.

www.gameshownewsnet.com is basically a giant alternative to Beverly's site.  Get this: We actually research our topics and back check them a few times before we put them up, instead of acting like an excited child at Christmas.  There is a bunch of game show stuff, reality TV news, casino card TV game news, and more.  It also includes The Video Wall, which has video clips of big events in game shows of the past week.  Very nice for me since I don't get Millionaire in my area.  And we also get a good deal more story before the Prof. does, so check it out.

GameShowNewsNet is a great alternative to tvgameshows.net if I needed more info on what happened on a game show & why, plus some news that you get on there BEFORE Steve even has his stories available.  It's nice to know that there's a choice:  either go with the Professer(my first stop) or go with the most researched, authoritative alternative in GameShowNewsNet.

BTW, the Video Wall on there is the best new additiom to the site.

I hate to bring back topics from the dead, but does anybody know the font of or have a clean logo of "The Big Showdown"?
