The Game Show Chinese Zodiac?

As I was responding on another post, an interesting and timely thread crossed my mind...

If you have ever stepped foot in a Chinese restaurant -- especially those in which you can sit down and eat there -- you have probably seen those 'el cheapo' paper placemats in which you see the Chinese Zodiac and what year represents what animal (The year of the Dog, Sheep, Cock,...).

If there were ever a Game Show Zodiac, based on the Chinese Zodiac, what 12 facets of game shows should be included.

Should you want to really have fun with this, perhaps each facet could coincide with the year that show first premiered then rotated every 12 years.

For Example:

1975, 1987, 1999, 2011 -- The Year of the Wheel (WoF)...
or if you were to go back 12 years further...1963 -- The Year of the Zonk (LMaD)

1964, 1976, 1988, 2000, 2012 -- The Year of the Daily Double (J!)...
or beginning with 1976...The Year of the Gong

1983, 1995, 2007 -- The Year of the Whammy (PYL)

1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998, 2010 -- The Year of the Clock (BtC)

1978, 1990, 2002, 2014 -- The Year of the Dragon (TTD)

1981, 1993, 2005, 2017 -- The Year of the Battlestars...
or beginning with 1969...The Year of the Instant Bargain (SotC)...
or beginning with 1957...The Year of the Showcase (TPiR)

Again, there are some gimmies left to reveal as well as some years to define...Have fun and Happy New Year from the Spectrum!!!

We'd only need to move the Year of the Dragon a couple of spots.

Of course, you could compromise between the 2, and go with the Year of the Secret Word, which could be a synonym for Blank!

Here's 2 more:

1973, 1985, 1997, 2009 -- The Year of the Pyramid

1979. 1991, 2003, 2015 -- The Year of the Gauntlet *or* The Year of The Longshot (W!)

I have a suggestion that should have been obvious:
1958, 1970, 1982, 1994, 2006: The Year of the Rebus (Concentration)
"He has big eyes ... and they're BLUE!"
