The 1978-80 and 1987-88 HR hostesses. They didn't roll the dice, but at least KC and Crystal in 1987-88 bought out the bonus round dice.

There were rotating dice girls on Yahtzee.

Barker's beauties count since they bring out the dice table for Dice Game and pick up and return dice on Let Em Roll.
