My favorite of all time is the "What's a ho?" moment.

I also liked Ken's responses of "What is rap, y0?" and "What be ebonics?" I remember wishing that Alex would say "True that." lol.

Discuss and cuss.

Even a simple "wurd!" would have satisfied me. :)

From the International Tournament in Sweden in 1997:

Alex: If a Japanese doctor asks you to stick out your "shita", he means this:
Contestant: What is your behind?

IMO, the infamous "gardening tool" response was the best of all.

A slightly queer moment:

Contestant: "Do You Think I'm 'Sex'y for $400, Alex."
Alex: "I do, indeed."

Well, that certainly explains the first marriage not working...;-)

One female contestant from last summer who, during Final J! replied, "What is same answer as Ken's?"
"They're both Norman Jewison movies, Troy, but we did think of one Jew more famous than Tevye."

Now celebrating his 22nd season on GSF!

"What is see next podium? --->"  Ironically, the arrow pointed toward the challenger, who got that FJ right...while Ken missed.

"Who are three people who have never been in my kitchen?"

"Nymphomania for $200, Alex."

That's only because when she drew it, it was pointing at Ken's.

The full half-hour of the final game of the 1998 Tournament Of Champions featuring Kim Worth, Dan Melia and my personal friend (I talked to him for ten full seconds on the way to john at GSC-3) Bob Harris.

Marvin Shinkman, a dealer in rare stamps, when asked in the finals of the TOC what he'd do with $100K, responded that he'd roll around naked in a big pile of stamps.

Then there was the TOC finalist who did celebrity impressions and did one of Alex lecturing people about how they need to know more about Canada.  That's probably what drove Alex to become a US citizen.  :-)
