I remember when TPiR actually *did* run from 10:30am-11:30am with "Love of Life" airing at 11:30am. I remember when they moved it to 11am-noon, and how weird it seemed that it was on at 11. Never did I guess in a million years that over 25 years later, it would *still* be airing at 11am.
Interestingly, CBS moved TPiR all over the morning at first, following the hr. expansion...it first aired at 10 AM (Johnny O. would plug Gambit, then replacement Double Dare at the end), then moved to 10:30 (w/the aforementioned LoL plug at the end) in 1977, then back to 10, then back to 10:30, and finally settled into its current 11 AM slot in Mar. 1979.

Actually, TPiR moved to its 11am time slot on April 23, 1979, not March, when MG '79 was cancelled. Whew! moved into the 10:30pm time slot, and Love of Life moved to 4pm, where it limped around in the ratings until February 1980, when it was cancelled.
