Most likely because I'll bet one of the authors of the book was one Giraud Chester, former money man at G-T.
The edition of the book I had when I went to college had rundown scripts from both "What's My Line?" and the Garry Moore "TTTT." In the case of "WML?", even though it was from the 60s, it still had Daly saying more about the show at the top than the "we're up to our old tricks..." line, including "...with the happy end of a cash prize if they stump the panel!"
