Awesome, awesome, awesome! I love it! Just a few things that would be a nice touch:

* bells and blinking after a 7-11/mystery 7 win
* $5000 for breaking 21-21 tie
* manual entry of team names
* bells and main theme for a $10k win

Awesome job as it is, though. Still very much playable.
