Wrong! The New Years Honour List was released this morning with Bruce Forsyth receiving nothing regarding any knighthood. Michael Parkinson will be knighted though.

Had you read the article, you would know that the game plan is to do it at the Queen's Birthday Hono(u)rs in June, because apparently they couldn't get it ramrodded through in time for New Year's.
