Blockbusters on GSN isn't Cullen's after all, it's Rafferty's!! I'm happy they're airing that, since Cullen's has been run a lot. This is awesome.

Watching right now-------How very interesting!
There are three things I've learned never to discuss with people: Religion, politics, and the proper wrapping of microphone cables.

This hasn't been on the schedule since the Dark Period, I believe. (anyone back me up on this.)

You are right. I believe that Blockbusters 87 was on the schedule right before the Dark Period started....It used to air late nights on GSN, and I think its last airing would have been early morning, 10/10/97, as the Dark Period started at the stroke of midnight on 10/11/97.

Sounds like GSN is really going all out...I guess they wanna wash the bad taste of reality TV out of its viewers' mouths? ;-)

Seriously, these rarities sound excellent, and I can't wait till I get home for the summer break. It's turning into summer 2002 all over again!
"They're both Norman Jewison movies, Troy, but we did think of one Jew more famous than Tevye."

Now celebrating his 22nd season on GSF!

Wow, that's.... surprising.

So we already knew that one rarity would have been going (Card Sharks with Rafferty), but another one?! That's awesome! I knew I should have taped all the classics today!

Oh well, there's always tomorrow. And the next day. And the next. Yay!

I actually like Rafferty's version of Blockbusters, it's fast-paced, and should have also got a second chance for a longer run. It probably should have gone into syndication like Card Sharks.
