Here's the TPIR $1M Spectacular logo.

I cleaned it up a bit, but it's not perfect.

This is not for 56kers.

Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

Could you possibly shrink your artwork to, say, 500 pixels high?

That logo was about 1/4 of the size of the photo it came from.

To get a decent logo, for example wallpaper, it had to be scanned at a fairly high resolution. Plus, I'd rather have people try to shrink a bigger photo, than enlarge a smaller one when it wouldn't come out as good.

It ain't perfect, I know.

Fair enough, but it seems you could have gone a long way toward making it a more manageable size -- with no loss of resolution -- if you had simply removed the acres of black space around the logo.
This has been another installment of Matt Ottinger's Masters of the Obvious.

Here's a smaller, sharpened version:

No one asked, but when has *THAT* ever stopped anyone here, a homemade version that is dial-up friendly (only 37Kb)

Made it for a Tshirt but the transfer never worked right.

I also have a homemade version of the MDS logo...

Unfortunately, I didn't make it in vector, so the "Spectacular" text doesn't look so, well... spectactular.

Of the 4 that I've seen, I liked the 3rd one the best.  #2 came in a close 2nd.  #4 was OK.  The first one was kinda blah with way too much black around it.
