Game shows on the road...
« on: April 09, 2005, 09:53:46 PM »
1. Which is your favorite Wheel of Fortune Road set?

2. Which is your favorite Jeopardy set?

3. What were the differences in the Hollywood Squares 86-69 NYC set?

4. Did Begeron squares ever travel? (not having it here in NE Ohio i wouldn't know)

5. Besides Squares, Feud, LMAD, Jeopardy, Wheel and Price, have any other shows gone on the road?

Yes, in 2000 to NYC's Hammerstein Ballroom.
Enjoy lots and lots of backstage TPIR photos and other fun stuff here. And yes, I did park in Syd Vinnedge's parking spot at CBS

For me it's got to be the original one with the diamond backdrops and the puzzleboard with the pointy-looking border.

Win Lose or Draw taped at Central Park, at DIsney MGM Studios Orlando, and in Chicago, Hawaii, and Philadelphia.

MTV game shows taped at Spring Break locales including Daytona Beach

WBSM taped at a California beach once, forget which one

I THINK Studs did at least one road trip during its run for those who care.

Millionaire has done a few weeks of shows during the syndie run at the Disney World PLay It attraction.

Pictionary did a week at Disney World in 1998 IIRC

Didn't Davidson's HS'86 visited Florida during the winter months one year?  I seem to remember that one.

Wheel's periodiic visits to Hawaii is my favoritte because of its location.  Sometimes, you can see the sky at dusk if you look real hard.

Yet another example of the Karlbergian way some people function in this world. Of course, this is never to be confused with the Horanish or the Oswaldan laws of function, which are bad enough in themselves.

How does listing each and every road set for Wheel apply to this question? It doesn't. Judges rule the original declaration that TMQ is annoying stands.
