To be honest, I don't se why they don't just put Top of the Pops 2 on five nights a week. It's likable and fun. and no, it isn't a gameshow, sorry.

How many other shows are going to get tried in that slot? Is Eggheads one of them?

 Sort of. Top of the Pops 2 is based around TOTP's huge musical archive material.
