Saturday Night Classics (4/30)

Since the other thread degenerated into I don't know what, I'll post here...looks like we're getting some later episodes of Rafferty CS tonight.  We start off with a YPW with a Hawaii trip up for grabs and the prize cards in play.

I'd take Young People's Week episodes anytime over episodes that have already aired in the past few weeks.  At least we are finally seeing prize card episodes.

Which makes seeing annoying 10-year old kids worth reading a card that reads "Oak Day Bed."

As others have said, I can't stand kids that age on CS--or most shows, for that matter.

All five episodes of the week were shown in sequence (the format of GAA helps make that possible). Lacey and Suzanna were dressed in lovely island-inspired togs (including leis) throughout, and Rafferty was his puckish self.

This was also where educated guess questions with host/dealer participation started popping up. I don't think this idea ever carried over to the daytime show. In one, Bill was asked to name the Seven Dwarfs. In another, Bill was quizzed on names of Presidents. Both times he offered "Phil" as a possible answer.

I seem to remember seeing one such Educated Guess question on the Eubanks run, but don't recall what the question was.
