Some random GSN observations
« on: May 16, 2005, 10:51:26 AM »
Get to watch GSN in the morning finally, and here's what I notice:

-Get Schooled Tour-
Is that Jon Heder ("Napoleon Dynamite") in the promos, minus the perm?

-TTTT90-
Except for an episode from the "Breakfast With The Stars" thing, I haven't watched this show in almost 15 yrs., and now I remember why I loved it so much back in 3rd grade. Note to Fremantle: this is what you should've done a few years ago. BTW, the One-on-One question dealt with a best bald head contest winner, and they showed a clip of this contest. I think I saw Matt O. in the clip. ;-)

-Blockbusters87-
Fun little show, I like Rafferty's wit on the show, this should've had a longer run. However, he mentions that each question is a toss-up a little too much.
"They're both Norman Jewison movies, Troy, but we did think of one Jew more famous than Tevye."

Now celebrating his 22nd season on GSF!

His overuse of the phrase "dual implication" when the space in play will give either player the game gets really old really fast, too.
