VINCENT PRICE!
And the ambassador to San Francisco, PAUL LYNDE....
Now, here's the master of the state of California, Peter Marshall!
(BTW, wouldn't it be better to have official proclimations read by Kenny Williams? After all, he was a Town Crier on Video Village...)

 State Legistature sessions would be damn sm00th, wouldn't they?
