Identical sets for first & second versions?

Oh, heavens, no. There was a blatant difference. The game board was even on a different side of the stage. And Art looked much different. Still sounded the same, God love him and there was considerably more of him to love.

Both Battlestars and $50,000 Pyramid were probably the same set - only about a year or less between versions, and shot in the same studios.

"Battlestars" was a similar set, but it wasn't the same.  I asked announcer Charlie Tuna when I saw a taping in 1983, and he stated they built a new set.
