Dodgeball fits on GSN because it is the network for games.  Imagine if GSN had gotten that Monday Night Football package. The ratings would have gone thru the roof! (within the cable universe, of course.)

To add to that, GSN likely got the first look at ED because show producer Mindless Entertainment has previously done business with them.  Zach Selwyn notwithstanding, I couldn't imagine the show on ESPN.

Most likely, if Mark Cronin hadn't gotten the deal with GSN, he would've probably taken it to Spike or maybe E!  ESPN hasn't done "trash sports" since they did the Roller Derby and AWA wrestling for a while in the mid-to-late 80s.

Unca, I forgot about Spike!

Though it would have been good when it was TNN (Rollerjam, Slamball, American Gladiators re-runs), I don't know about Spike. Obviously we won't know, since it belongs to the Game Show Network for a 3rd season.
