I have the TVGuide for next week and 'Win Ben Steins Money' is off weekdays.  3PM to 7PM CST will be 'Weakest Link,' 2 'Family Feud's and 'Millioniare.'

Thats disapointing. I like 'WBS' a lot, not to mention how ts a welcome, recently produced addition to the overall schudule.

It is permanent.  And haven't you seen every Ben Stein episode 10 times by now?   They only picked up 20 or 30 of them it seems like.     The funny thing is the show they are replacing it with (Weakest Link) we've all seen each episode about 200 times.

It's all about the ratings, I guess.

Never thought of that. So for those of you able to look way ahead, will Blockbusters starring Bill Rafferty cycle again in a few weeks after the May 1 1987 show rolls or might we see Blankety Blanks?

That's a JOKE, Zach. It's known that not many, if any eps. of Blankety Blanks survive, just turn back around.

For the first part of Don's question, though, there was a post here some time ago (danged if I could find it at this exact moment) that indicated that BB87 would recycle back to the beginning after the final ep has aired.

I remember it as well...seemed to be surprising to a couple of members here. IIRC, there was some speculation that Rafferty would've replaced the Cullen weekend run, but we see where that went...

They'll probably keep running Rafferty until the ratings start to drop.  Rerunning them 1 time isn't rerun abuse.  There are many people who haven't seen all or most of the episodes.

To rerun something just once is nothing for GSN (*cough*HotPotato*cough*). :-P

This is true. How many times has the full run of Greed been telecast on the cable channel? Has it reached ten yet?

Win Ben Stein's Money is currently airing in two late night slots:
11:30 EPM & 2:00 AM EST.

Why did they dump Match Game PM in favor for Ben & Jimmy?

No big loss (at least to me). Know how many cycles MGPM has been through since GSN started running it in April '98? (That's a RHETORICAL QUESTION, Zach.....Put your hand down.)
