Fremantle owns the rights to $otC, which I would assume includes the episodes that still exists(though the 1969-74 Kelly/Garagiola episodes probably do not exist anymore)

The 73 series was syndicated by a man named Eugene S. Jones, who, according to an April 75 article in Variety, used the profits to make documentary films.  Not sure if he's still in business.
