Hi, I was wondering has anyone here tried out this summer for Season 4 of WWTBAM and received a postcard stating that they have been placed in the contestant pool?

Thanks in advance for answering

Something tells me there's something not quite right with this poster--I believe it was David Zinkin, although don't quote me on that--who said there's usually a problem fi they are responding to themselves.

Edit: Parliboy, not the Zink, and it was in regards to this "infamous" thread.

Either that, or somebody wants to waste our bandwidth.

Well, look at the username. "Takin over". That is suspicious to me right off the bat.

I have met him personally and he means no harm.  He is a former contestant of the syndicated version.  On another message board we both participate in about fifteen people in a row got no postcards.  Then after he posted finally someone got a yes postcard.

I know this poster and he is a very nice guy. There is nothing suspicious about him at all. Like Eric said, he was a contestant on the syndie version already. I think people are a little jaded and a bit too quick on the attack button. Not everyone has an alterior motive.

Tim :-)
