Yes! Shawn Cosgrove (his first name is spelled S-H-A-W-N, which would not count as a word on Lingo) has indeed returned as announcer. They even kept the 1993 Aussie TPiR theme tune. If you want to hear it, it's on one of the Aussie GS websites.
